Hello & Happy Fall! (Important stuff towards the end if you must read ahead)
For many of you this is crunch time! The last few temperate days to finish projects and jobs. For others, this may be the time to stop and think about switching up your lubricants – whether to a lighter viscosity for the winter, looking for diesel additives, or maybe considering a new vendor. Whatever your needs I am here!
I have been bee-bopping around the area to see many of you and talking about and making adjustments for the upcoming season change/new year.
I also recently brought our A-Team to the Tri-County Contractor’s Annual Golf Outing which was a hoot of a time up in Kenosha!

There are a few important things I need to mention –
- Delivery Policy. In an effort to be more efficient with our deliveries during this ever increasing driver shortage, we would like to reiterate our policy that was new earlier this year. Anything smaller than 1 drum or $250.00 will be accompanied by a $25.00 delivery fee. To avoid this, please contact me and we can talk about solutions. For example, we time your orders to include a few products to put you over the minimum amount or maybe your company has a UPS account we can use for shipping..etc.
- Bulk DEF. We now purchase Diesel Exhaust Fluid in bulk tank loads which allows us to be more efficient and more competitive.
- Eaton Trans Fluid. Please be aware that this year, Eaton announced it now required a 40w oil (old spec called for 50w) in its transmissions. We offer the approved product.
- Customer Survey. Keller Heartt is looking to make some vast improvements to our service but we cannot do so without your input. Please please please take this 10 questions survey –

5. Diesel Additive. Don’t forget that winter is right around the corner. Let me know when you are ready for some diesel additive or de-icer etc.
Pediatric Cancer Fundraiser
Each year our team raises money for Bear Necessities Pediatric Cancer Research. Please consider a charitable donation towards this great cause that has effected many of us closely. We will participate in a benefit walk to end the fundraiser at the end of October. So far we have raised $795 of our $2000 goal!
