Congrats to a customer of mine, a large bread maker native to Chicago, on the (almost) completion of their new maintenance facility!
New construction always makes me happy. After watching so many businesses struggle or fail during the great recession, I have a new found appreciation for the success of a business. We may be losing Sports Authority, Joe Caputo’s, 200 jobs at Abbott Labs, and are possibly going to have to start to pay taxes on every mile we drive in IL since the government is so broke, its nice to see some are managing to hold steady. Running a successful business means having a healthy balance of proactive investment.
The new facility was outfitted with bulk tanks (for their Extended Life Coolant, Window Wash, 10w30 Engine Oil, and Transmission Fluids), has over head piping, and many conveniently placed hose reels.

(Secondary Containment for Poly Tanks is always recommend)
Keller Heartt is fully equipped to handle all equipment installation and is happy to help you determine the best layout for your shop. If you would like your current equipment assessed, please contact me.
I am excited to watch this turn into a busy shop. The better the maintenance the fleet receives means all the more bread that can be delivered!
